BIO _____ Dj Slyce has been a patron in the underground house scene, since it began many years back. Having close affiliations with big names such as Dj Addy, Ryder & Mc Natural, just to name a few. Some of whom, who've been veteran industry heads for many years now, and some of whom who've have helped with the evolution and revolution of Jungle ! It was only natural that 'Slyce' would follow suit. Feras 'Slyce' Zubaidy, a native of Iraq, American raised, and Canadian brought up, has been in love with House music all his life. Back in 1982, Slyce felt the heartbeat of electronic music at a very young age, and would constantly tune in to radio stations at night, recording tracks and live feeds on his radio, until analog tape recordings became outdated. Consistently keeping his fellow patrons up to date with the freshest new sounds from his dj friends, and with over 20 years of electronics experience, he was uncertain of his interest with the dj rout. We now approach 2006 ! Finally making up his mind, he dove head first into the dj culture. Investing substantial amounts of time and money on his long time passion. He has taken time to network, and make friends & contacts within the scene. Building a strong reputation for himself. Confident with his craft, now preaches his love and spirituality for House music. Converting many non followers of E.D.M. along the way, and givin' em a reason to fall in love with House music ! With over 200 remixed bootlegs and mashups, and over 40 dj sets, he is about to drop his very first original single in 2008 ! House styln' at local afterhours bars and clubs, and lounges in Toronto, his response has been met with great success. Known for djing within the genres of Electro, Tribal and Tech, but not limited to those styles... Dj Slyce adds a wide Varity of other flavors to his musical persona. Not an up and coming dj to take lightly ! Now a member of the dj list , he has achieved 3rd ranked dj in toronto, as of April 2008 ! Still with an open highway of many new slots to fill, and parties to pack, Dj Slyce is an up and coming contender in the Toronto House scene, and soon the world !!!!!
