This is my first group I am joining here. I am curious as to how we go about becoming real friends. I have been in seclusion for sometime and trying to come out of my shell. Might need some help.... :-)

when I am alone scared and encouraged I write poetry, sometimes I cry, I talk to friends, I pray, and I don't watch the news for at least aweak..no news either..inmedia..that feels good..nature is inspiration..I go in the forest and to see the sea wchich I love..

Life takes one for a ride sometimes..you are strong now..it will be better..you have taken the steps forward..Me I have been beaten by my ex-husband just few years ago..I have a son who is everyday making me go on..and keep my feet on the ground..like you have your daughter. I don't know why but it has always been difficult for me to maintain friendships with other women. I have been so surrounded by men all my life, I tend to feel out of place amoung women, as I don't know what to talk about. Then I kind of feel stupid for being so out of touch.
