Appreciation
Even if I don't mean to be critical, I often unconsciously home in on others' weaknesses and mistakes. The more I develop the habit of noticing goodness and only holding onto the good in others and in situations, the more my own sense of well-being will rise. When I continually think, "He/she is wrong", I create a barrier that prevents me from reaching my own goodness.
Inner Calm
The greater the demands on me, the more I need to sustain my inner calm and
stability by taking time out for a little daily inner reflection and meditation.
The most beautiful thing is to see a person smiling... And even more beautiful is knowing that you are the reason behind it!!! Be a reason for others to smile
Tomorrow is the most important thing in life. It comes into us at midnight very clean. It's perfect when it arrives and it puts itself in our hands. It hopes we've learned something from yesterday.
